I’m Marika Israelson, a creative director, designer, and marketing strategist based in Sonoma County.

For the past decade, I’ve worked alongside small businesses, often wearing many more than one hat at a time. From co-founding and running a mission-driven apparel and media company, to consulting independently, to managing creative spaces and production workflows, my work lives at the intersection of creativity and execution.

I’m comfortable zooming out to shape strategy and zooming in to refine copy, layouts, and workflows. I care deeply about how things are maintained after launch, not just how they look on day one.
